A Successful FASTSIGNS Production & Installation Specialist:
- Solves problems both in the shop and out in the field
- Installs signage on-site, including flat panels, vinyl, and post & panel systems
- Uses hand/power tools, ladders, and lifts with confidence
- Pays close attention to detail and prioritizes safety
- Verifies measurements and job specs before starting work
- Works independently and with a team
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
- Thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Ideal Qualifications:
- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in sign production, construction, or installation (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable using power tools, ladders, and working at heights
- Familiar with signage types and installation methods (vinyl, wall murals, dimensional signs)
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Can read work orders, follow measurements, and track project progress digitally (e.g. CoreBridge)
- Strong communication and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and assemble signs using graphics, vinyl, laminates
- Conduct quality checks before installation
- Install signage indoors and outdoors safely and accurately
- Visit job sites to take measurements and assess install needs
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces
- Represent the Core4 brand with professionalism and pride
- Collaborate with team and sales to meet project deadlines
